Posting a 5-Star Review

First, THANK YOU for spending the extra time to write a review on your recent septic service call. We are frequently asked by our customers, "How do I write a review."  To help simplify the process of knowing where to click and tips of things to write, we've created this webpage to help provide some simple tips & tricks to write a review that feeds into the online web search algorithms.  We have also included (2) hyperlinks to take you directly to our (1) Google Business Profile as well as (2) Angie's List Profile (just click on one of the red boxes above).

Tips to write a Review that Google's Algorithms Love!

Reviews are a honest reflection of how well we are taking care of our clients.  Reviews are also the lifeblood of our business because more and more people are hearing about us online.  Therefore, the following suggestions are tips that help Google's algorithms give us a boost. 

 

Please consider the following when leaving a review:  

 

  1. Be Specific: The more specific and detailed your review is, the better. Make sure to include specific details about your experience, such as the date and time of your visit, the name of the employee who helped you, and any specific products or services you purchased.

  2. Use Keywords: Including keywords in your review can help Google's algorithms understand what your review is about.   

    • Our keywords are pretty basic and include words like: septic, septic tank, pumping, city where the service was performed.  ​​

  3. Be Honest: Honesty is important when writing a review. Be truthful about your experience.  If you feel there was anyting that we could have improved, please reach out and let us make it right and earn an honest 5-Star review.

  4. Avoid Repetition: Repeating the same words or phrases in your review can make it appear spammy and may cause Google's algorithms to discount it. 

  5. Add Photos or Videos: Including photos or videos in your review can make it more engaging and informative. Google's algorithms may also give more weight to reviews that include media.  

    • Our technicians typically take some pictures at each visit.  So if you would like to include a picture, please reach out and we can forward you over a picture for your records.  

 

By following these tips, you can write a review that Google's algorithms will love and will be helpful to other potential customers who are looking for the best team to service their septic system.
